Nationwide Shipping Policy

All India Club (Company) promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We take pride in delivering on time, every time!!

We currently deliver products only in India.

Turnaround

Our goal is to ship all orders within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. However in some cases it may not be possible in which case we will inform you accordingly.

FREE Shipping

The Company offers free shipping on certain products nationwide. On other products nominal shipping charges are applicable. To avoid paying shipping charges, just buy product/s of specified value. Please note that this shipping charge is different from our Cash on delivery convenience fee. This is a fee of Rs. 50 that we charge only on COD orders and is completely waived off for all prepaid orders.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to make any changes at the time.

Carriers

We use the multiple courier companies to deliver our orders.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.

Estimated Delivery Time in Metro Cities

Your order will typically reach your doorstep within 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipping it from our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Time in Non-Metro Cities

For Non Metros and cities, usually your order should reach your doorstep within 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipping it from our warehouse. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. The Company shall not be responsible whatsoever for any delay in delivery due to any reason(s).

Delivery confirmation:

You shall immediately notify the Website upon Delivery or non Delivery within the prescribed time period. If you fail to provide such notification/ confirmation of receipt or non-receipt of an item within [7] days of expiry of the Delivery time prescribed, it shall be construed as a deemed Delivery in respect of that Transaction and the Transaction Price shall not be refunded.

Shipping directly from partner locations

To provide you with a plethora of shopping options, we have partnered with third parties. Some products in our catalogue are directly shipped from these partner locations. They usually take 5-8 business days to reach your doorstep.

Octroi and other local levies

Delivery of items to buyers located in places where octroi or other local taxes and levies are charged, buyer will be liable to pay the same to the courier company even though the listing mentioned no such octroi, taxes or levy.
