Returns, Refund & Cancellation

Since the products are manufactured by special needs people we have restricted returns, refund & cancellation policy. You need to inform us by email at support@benefitsquare.com within 24 hours of receiving the item regarding returns, refund & cancellation.

Returns:

No refunds are given for returns, only replacement considered.

  1. You can return the item only if it is damaged on arrival or if the item is not the same that you have ordered.
  2. You need to pay for the return shipping of the item.

For some cases no returns are accepted and thus all requests for returns are considered on case to case basis.

Refunds:

  1. In case of product unavailability the order gets cancelled and the order amount is refunded.

Order Cancellation:

We always wish that you get your product which you order but still if you wish to cancel the order you can definitely do under the following policy:

  1. You can cancel the order with 0% Cancellation charges within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. After 24 hours it will be checked first that in what stage of processing order is, then only you will get approval for cancellation.
  3. Even after 24 hours of placing the order and the order is still not shipped, if you wish to cancel the order, you need to pay 50% of the order amount as cancellation charges.
  4. Once the order is shipped, it will not get cancelled.
